Reporting Violations
Cita Sehat is committed to upholding ethical and governance standards in our work with clients, partners, suppliers, volunteers, and the general public.
The Violation Reporting Policy is intended to provide a channel for reporting made in good faith and with confidence regarding possible violations or wrongdoing. Examples of such actions include:
- Professional and financial violations;
- Inappropriate, dishonest, or unethical behavior;
- Harassment;
- Abuse of authority;
- Conflicts of interest;
- Irregularities or non-compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;
- Health and safety in the workplace; and
- Any other irregularities that could adversely affect Cita Sehat’s reputation.
To the extent permitted by law and reasonable to do so, Cita Sehat will keep the identity of Reporters who make reports in good faith confidential. If the Reporter is an employee, the policy stipulates that he or she will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and protected as much as possible from retaliation or persecution.

Cita Sehat (“We”) respects and values the privacy of our clients, partners, donors, volunteers, and prospective employees. We are committed to protecting the Personal Data you provide to us. Please read our Personal Data Protection Privacy Policy (“Policy”) carefully to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data.
Policy Implementation
This policy is based on Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection. By providing your Personal Data to Cita Sehat, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Use of Personal Data Collected Depending on your relationship with Cita Sehat (whether as a client, employee, volunteer, job applicant, etc.), we may use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Performing our obligations during or in connection with the provision of the services you request;
- Responding to, handling, and processing your questions, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback;
- Maintaining contact with you;
- Managing your relationship with us;
- Human resources and recruitment purposes;
- Managing donations, sponsorships, and volunteer work;
- Complying with applicable laws, codes of conduct, or assisting in law enforcement and investigations conducted by regulatory authorities;
- Any other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law; and/or
- Any other purposes that we may inform you of in writing from time to time, but We will seek your separate consent for such purposes.
For clients
Cita Sehat is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data. However, depending on the nature of the client’s involvement, there may be situations where we disclose your personal data to the government, law enforcement authorities, or other relevant third parties (e.g., other government agencies or VWO) when:
- This is necessary for the benefit of the individual (such as referrals for external services or the application of schemes managed by public agencies);
- Indications and assessments of harm and risk to oneself or others, where disclosure is necessary to ensure safety and protection of life;
- Used for evaluative purposes (approval of grants for social and financial assistance, provision of appropriate health services based on any scheme managed by a public agency);
- Such disclosure is required by law; or is necessary for any investigation or process; and/or
- Disclosure is permitted under any legal exception under Law No. 27 of 2022.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and will not disclose it to any third party, whether related or unrelated, unless required or permitted by law.

Stunting Prevention Report
Cita Sehat is committed to contributing to the reduction of stunting rates in Indonesia through the Excellent Stunting Care program. In 2024, this program will be implemented in 6 cities/districts, namely Pekanbaru, Medan, East Jakarta, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya.
