Cita Sehat Foundation once again held its Care for Teens program, this time at MAN 1 Kuningan, with a total of 120 students participating. This program aims to provide health education for teenagers, so that they better understand the importance of maintaining physical and mental health during their adolescent years.
Kuningan, January 24, 2025 – The event began with a registration process, where each participant received healthy snacks, such as Marie or Malkis biscuits, Vitacimin, and guava to provide energy before attending the educational session. Especially for female participants, Cita Sehat also distributed iron tablets as a preventive measure to maintain hemoglobin levels and prevent anemia, which is often experienced by teenage girls.
Care for Teens Event Series
After registration, participants took a pretest to measure their initial understanding of the course material. Then participants entered the main session of the event, which consisted of presentations about:
- Puberty and Physical Changes – Understanding the changes that occur during adolescence and how to maintain good health during puberty.
- Teens’ Reproductive Health Management – Education on the importance of maintaining reproductive health and avoiding risks from unhealthy social relationships.
- Teenage Nutrition Management – Information about healthy eating patterns, the importance of nutrition balance, and how to maintain health through nutritious food consumption.
This session was led by speakers who are experts in their fields, using an interactive and enjoyable approach so that participants not only listened but also actively participated in discussions and Q&A sessions.

Enthusiasm of MAN 1 Kuningan Students
Throughout the activity, participants showed tremendous enthusiasm. Many students actively asked questions and engaged in discussions, expressing their interest in the information provided.
Finally, participants who completed and submitted the post-test were given milk as a token of appreciation for their participation in the entire event.
“The event was very exciting and useful. I now have a better understanding of teenage health, especially nutrition and reproduction. The presentation was also very interesting, so it wasn’t boring at all!”
