Can major changes in public health begin with a single unified movement? The collaboration between Cita Sehat and PT Paragon Technology and Innovation through the “Paragonian Bergerak” initiative answers that question through a health campaign titled “Jelajah Sehat Negeriku, Gebyar Gizi Masyarakat” (Exploring My Country’s Health, Community Nutrition Celebration), which took place in Rungkut District, Surabaya, on November 12, 2025.
This program is a form of synergy between the health sector, the business world, and volunteers to strengthen the government’s efforts in improving the nutritional status of the community and reducing stunting rates. Through a measurable and human-centered approach, this activity targets toddlers, teenagers, and underprivileged families as its main beneficiaries.
A total of 84 Paragonians, together with the Cita Sehat team, health workers, and regional health cadres, carried out a comprehensive health service agenda, including:
- Distribution of Supplementary Food (PMT) for toddlers in the Rungkut area.
- Anthropometric measurements (weight, height, upper arm circumference, and head circumference) to monitor toddler growth and development.
- Delivery of anthropometric kits to Posyandu as a means of enhancing early detection facilities.
- Home visits to assess vulnerable families and distribution of basic food assistance packages.
- The Care for Teens program at SMPN 35 Surabaya, providing health education for teenagers.

This activity received support from the Surabaya City Health Bureau and local community health centers, ensuring that the intervention complies with national health standards.
Indhiarto Wahyu Wicaksono, East Java and Bali Nusra Region Segment Business Lead Paragon, Said:
“Paragonian Bergerak is a tangible manifestation of our spirit to ‘grow together’. Through ‘Jelajah Sehat Negeriku’, we not only provide physical assistance, but also want to be directly involved in efforts to improve the quality of public health in Rungkut. We believe that collaboration with various parties, the Health Bureau, Community Health Centers, sub-districts, and cadres is the key to creating a sustainable impact, especially in preparing a healthy generation free from stunting.”
Similar support was also expressed by Dr. Kartika Sri Redjeki, M.Kes., Head of Public Health at the Surabaya City Health Bureau :
“We greatly appreciate the initiative and concern shown by Paragonian Bergerak. Nutrition issues are our common responsibility. Support in the form of anthropometry kits, PMT, and education for teenagers at SMPN 35 is very much in line with the city government’s program. We really need this kind of synergy between the private sector and the government to accelerate improvements in the nutrition of the people of Surabaya.”
This event was attended by the Head of the People’s Welfare and Economy Section of Rungkut Subdistrict, Mrs. Anita Paulyna, S.KM, M.MB., Nutritionist at Kali Rungkut Community Health Center, Mrs. Lisdayantie, S.Gz., and was enthusiastically welcomed by the Surabaya Hebat Cadres (KSH) and the community of Rungkut Subdistrict.
The collaboration between Cita Sehat and Paragonation in the Gebyar Gizi event is a clear example that cross-sector partnerships can strengthen the public health ecosystem.
