Jakarta — The commitment to providing comprehensive health care must begin with preventive measures, not just treatment once a disease has developed. This principle was one of the key points raised by Cita Sehat during the Public Consultation Forum (FKP) on the Development of Service Standards, organized by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia on Thursday, July 23, 2026.
Held at the Gaharu Conference Room on the 12th floor of the Ministry of MSMEs and attended in a hybrid format via Zoom Meeting, this forum served as a platform for collaboration among various stakeholders in developing internal service standards for the Ministry of MSMEs. Discussions focused on the development of Personnel Counseling Services, Outpatient Clinic Services, and plans to establish Health Services for Ministry of MSMEs employees.
Cita Sehat’s Input Receives a Positive Response; Health Services Will Be Developed to Be More Comprehensive

The forum featured panelists from various sectors, including the Ministry of Health, academia, the media, and civil society organizations. On this occasion, Cita Sehat was entrusted to represent civil society organizations through Muhammad Rakha Almugni, S.K.M., M.K.M., who shared insights based on his experience implementing various public health programs in Indonesia.
In his presentation, Muhammad Rakha Almugni emphasized that health services will have a greater impact if they are not solely focused on curative care. According to him, preventive care must be the cornerstone so that health services can promote a culture of healthy living, detect health risks early on, and continuously improve employee well-being.
“Healthcare will have a greater impact if it focuses not only on curative care but also on strengthening preventive measures through various screening activities—whether for mental health or physical illnesses—as well as providing ongoing support,” explained Muhammad Rakha Almugni, S.K.M., M.K.M.
These suggestions received a positive response from the Ministry of MSMEs. All recommendations made by the panelists will be used to refine the service standards so that the Health Posts currently under development can provide services that are more comprehensive, adaptive, and tailored to employees’ needs.
Cita Sehat’s participation in this forum reflects the government’s recognition of the role that civil society organizations play in strengthening the health system. Cita Sehat’s experience in supporting communities through various promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative programs serves as a valuable asset in providing perspectives grounded in field practice.
Collaboration to Achieve Healthier and More Sustainable Healthcare Services
Through cross-sectoral collaborations as such, Cita Sehat believes that the development of health services will have a greater impact when it involves the government, academia, the media, the business community, and civil society organizations working together. This synergy is expected to result in policies that are more inclusive, prevention-oriented, and supportive of a healthy and productive work environment.
Cita Sehat will continue to contribute through various strategic forums to provide sustainable healthcare solutions for the Indonesian people. Collaboration with various stakeholders are part of Cita Sehat’s commitment to driving a transformation in healthcare services that are more promotive, preventive, and have a broad impact.
